What it Means to be "verified".

To become Verified, a PayPal member in the United States must provide us with proof that he or she has opened an account at a bank or other financial institution. **Sales Tax**

No sales tax will be charged to delivery locations outside of the state of West Virginia. Arrow Gift Shoppe is, however, required to collect 6% sales tax on all orders shipped to a West Virginia address.

**Other Means of Placing an Order**

Arrow Gift Shoppe also accepts checks and money orders. Simply fax or mail your order, with payment. There will be a small delay, while checks clear the bank, before orders are shipped. If you have any questions please email sales@arrowgiftshoppe.com

**Backorder Policy**

In stock items will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt of order, if possible. 48 hours of receipt of order, during holidays. Weekend orders will be shipped on the next business day.

Occasionally, due to handcrafted one-of-a-kind nature of our products, some of our products may be backordered for a period of time. In the case of a backorder, you will be notified immediately of the expected ship date of that item. All backorders will ship promptly unless the order has been cancelled. In order to cancel an order, please send us an email requesting cancellation to info@arrowgiftshoppe.com. You will receive an email confirming cancellation, providing the item has not shipped.

**Returns and Exchanges Policy**

Arrow Gift Shoppe is dedicated to customer satisfaction.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it, in its original condition and packaging, for a refund, exchange or store credit within 14 days of receipt of the item. Simply call us within 14 days of receipt of the item and we will give you a return authorization number, which is valid for 10 business days. Once we receive your return, we will issue you a credit. If we receive your return without a Return Authorization Number, after the allotted 10 business day window has passed, or if we find that the merchandise has been damaged, your merchandise will be sent back to you at your expense. We encourage you to send all returns via a tracking system for protection against loss or damage.

•Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs, and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

•If you choose to return an item that was shipped to you free of charge, you will receive a refund for the item minus the appropriate shipping costs.
